Additionally I research the latest developments in Nutrition and wellness, taking all reasonable care and due diligence, and pursuing best practice to provide the highest quality care to my clients.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
As my client, it is your responsibility to be open and honest with your current health and health history including disclosure of all pharmaceutical medications, diet and supplements that you are taking. It is also in your best interest to follow the prescribed treatment plans, including dietary, lifestyle and recommended nutraceuticals as per the instructions agreed upon, unless unforeseen circumstances arise.
In all instances it is your responsibility to immediately inform me of any adverse reactions or unexpected symptoms resulting from the suggested treatment (including diet), and to discontinue use of any products until I have assessed the situation and, if necessary, reported the event to the relevant authority. If your reaction is life threatening or an emergency, please contact emergency services or attend to the nearest hospital immediately.
