The transition through perimenopause and beyond is transformative and also liberating! This period gives you a window of opportunity to make small adjustments to your health which in turn will provide significant benefits to your future health. I am here to support you in making these changes.

Hi, I’m Liz

I grew up in New Zealand and spent most of my childhood outside enjoying the natural environment. I moved to Brisbane in my late teens, and this is where I have now settled. Apart from a brief stint as a Beauty Therapist, I worked in the corporate sector in various roles for more than 20 years. Although rewarding in so many ways, it ceased providing me with the fulfilment I desired, which lead me to study Nutritional Medicine.

My favourite time wasters are…

cuddles with my puppy Loki . I am in a book club which inspires me to read different genres outside of what I would normally read, connect with like-minded individuals, and have a good laugh! I love to travel, either solo or with family, and I have been fortunate to visit many wonderful places and made many beautiful memories. I love music and concerts/shows, am a foodie and my favourite item of clothing is a pair of jeans!

I got into this field as my own health journey had been challenging, particularly with hormones. I was diagnosed with Endometriosis in my early 30’s after many years of painful periods, fatigue, infertility, weight issues and just not feeling right. In my early 40’s I opted to have a hysterectomy which I thought would solve all of my problems! Alas this was not the case and my journey through perimenopause and menopause was not as I had expected. It did help me realise though that everyone is unique and how important it is to take control of your own health!

The amount of information available on what is considered “healthy” can be overwhelming so it is important to investigate how the different approaches, products or treatment will work for YOU!

In my clinic I use the latest scientific research and provide you with a simple, realistic non-restrictive approach to health care using nutrition, lifestyle changes and nutraceuticals where required.

With my personal experience of this transformational period and my own life experiences, let me guide you to achieve your unique health goals with compassion and empathy, assisting you to regain your vitality and radiance.

Liz
